TK Platinum Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – General Provisions
These terms define the conditions of the “Loyalty Club” (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”) provided by TK Platinum.

The Club is operated by TK Platinum Krakow – Juliusza Lea.

Participation in the Club is free and voluntary.

Article 2 – Membership Eligibility
Anyone aged 18 or older who uses TK Platinum’s services is eligible to become a member.

A membership card (physical or digital) will be issued upon initial registration.

You will earn 1 point per visit/service.

Article 3 – Points System
Points are automatically added after each session.

Rewards based on points:

• After collecting 5 points: 50 PLN discount on your next visit

• After collecting 10 points: 200 PLN discount on your next visit

Points are valid for 3 months from the date of card issuance.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.

Article 4 – Membership Status
Based on cumulative visits, the following statuses are granted:

• TK Silver: After 10 visits

• TK Gold: After 20 visits

• TK Platinum: After 30 visits

Example benefits by status:

• Access to exclusive massage programs created by our therapists

• Priority booking privileges

• Invitations to free massage sessions by new therapists

Article 5 – Other Provisions
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on our official website.

In case of misuse, such as transferring membership to others or making false reservations, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership. In such cases, points will not be reimbursed or retained.
